PEN Journal: Primary Education Nexus does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC) to authors.

All articles published in the journal are freely available online under an open access policy. Authors are not required to pay any fees for manuscript submission, editorial screening, peer review, copyediting, layout editing, publication, or online access.

The journal implements a No Submission Fee and No Publication Fee policy, meaning authors may submit, revise, and publish manuscripts without any financial charges.

The entire publication process—including website management, editorial workflow, peer-review system, article production, and journal maintenance—is supported by the publisher, PT Tunas Literasi Cendekia, and the editorial team.

Any future changes to this policy will be officially announced on the journal’s website and will not apply retrospectively to manuscripts already submitted or accepted under the current No APC policy.
